The Phoenix Shotgun features 25 Dragon's Breath shells per magazine that deal burn damage capable of 1-shotting an enemy through any armor. This is as long as a single bullet from a shell round hits the enemy. The Phoenix Shotgun doesn't seem to apply the Dragon's Breath burn damage to vehicles, the electrical panel in bases, or buildings. The range of the Phoenix Shotgun seems to be infinite as long as you're able to aim and hit a shot, and not have your bullets from the shell be rendered out of the game. The Phoenix Shotgun has a fire rate and reload speed similar to that of the AA-12 shotgun.
